There is a keep surrounded by a circular stone enclosure, to which 4 polygonal towers were later added. The construction and development of this construction with a defense role was done in several stages. Stage I – the end of the century XIV - the donjon tower was built. Stage II – raising the keep tower and building the defense walls. Stage III – around 1588 another 4 polygonal towers were added. Following the revolt of the curuts of the century. XVII, the fortress was destroyed.
Since 2012, the fortress has been restored and is now open for visits.
